Ticket Dispatch

Once the order and payment process has been successfully completed, the tickets will be delivered digitally to the e-mail address specified in the order process. The tickets will come in the form of codes that will grant you access on the evening of the event.

It is not necessary to print out the email with the code, simply give it to the people at the door verbally or with your cell phone.

Important: Sending the ticket codes is not automated manual work. Please give us up to 3 days to send them.
Pre-sales for events end on the evening before the event. Any last minute tickets ordered will be sent out by midday the next day.
